Privacy notice
This page explains what NatroCup collects through this website, why, and how long it is kept. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will answer.

Who is responsible

What you send us
When you request a quote or a sample, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, the cup codes and quantities you are interested in, and your message. This reaches us by e-mail. We use it to prepare your quote and to reply. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone outside the companies that ship your order.
What the site measures
We count visits so we know which pages are useful. The measurement stores a random session number generated by your browser, the page address, the language and the country your connection appears to come from. Your IP address is not stored, and the session number is not linked to your name or e-mail. It cannot identify you.
What is kept in your browser
The site remembers your theme choice (light or dark), your language and, on the packaging pages, the product codes you added to your list. These stay in your own browser and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep things
Quote requests and the correspondence around them are kept as long as the business relationship lasts and for the period Turkish commercial law requires afterwards. Visit measurements are kept in aggregate and carry nothing that points to a person.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@natrocup.com and we will respond. If you are in the EU, the GDPR gives you these rights; in Türkiye, KVKK does.
Other companies involved
The site is hosted on a commercial hosting service, and the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees the request your browser makes for them. Form messages travel by e-mail through our mail provider. These providers process data on our behalf and for no other purpose.
